1. Acceptance
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide white label brokerage technology, including platform, back office, and related services, as described in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your obligations
You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including regulatory requirements for brokerage activities. You must use the services in accordance with the documentation and not for any unlawful purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
